Yes, we ask that our guests hire the motorhomes for a minimum of 3 nights.

The cost of insurance is included within the price of the motorhome for the booking period. As long as you are between 30 and 79, with a clean driving licence, which has been held for over two years, then there are no additional charges. Younger than 30, or older than 79, have six points or more on your licence? – You can still hire one of our motorhomes, we just need to take some additional details and a small additional fee.

Each of our motorhomes can be driven under a standard UK full driving licence. – As the motorhomes weigh less than 3,500KGs, you do not need to hold the B+E part of the licence.

Prior to the booking, we will require your driving licence number, so that we can complete an on-line licence check.

On the day of collection, we will also take copies of your photo card driving licence and two forms of proof of address. These can be utility bills, TV/Internet Bill, Bank or Credit Card Statement, Mortgage Statement, or Council Tax Bill. These must be dated within 90 days of the hire.

It is really straight forward to drive a motorhome. – Point it in the direction you want to go, and it drives just like a big car, just remember that it is high (for bridges and barriers) and long (when reversing and going around corners with barriers, or bollards).

Just like in modern hotels, restaurants and other public places, we do not allow smoking in our motorhomes. This includes Vaping.

Bookings can be made from any day to any day. Collection time is from 2pm, to 6pm, on the day of handover. All motorhomes have to be returned by 10am on the day of return.

Late return of the motorhome will incur an additional £50 per hour charge.

We ask all of our guests to please be mindful that someone may be waiting to start their holiday and late drop-offs may affect their collection time.

All of our motorhomes have a full tank at the start of the hire period and we ask that you return it with a full tank. A petrol station is available within 3 miles of the site. Failure to refill the tank prior to returning the motorhome will result in fee.

Cleaning materials are included in the booking. The motorhome will be cleaned for the start of your hire and we ask that it is returned in the same condition. A cleaning fee of £50 will be deducted from your deposit if it's not in the same condition. The chemical toilet must be emptied, cleaned and replenished with chemicals provided prior to drop off. If this is not carried out, a sanitary cleaning charge of £100 will be deducted from your deposit.

We are dog friendly and welcome one small/medium dog to stay in our motorhome. Please tell us about your dog with your enquiry. There is an extra charge of £50 in order to carry out a deep clean after you have returned the motorhome.

Travel outside of the UK is not permitted. Motorhomes must stay at a registered campsite. It is not permitted to stay over night on private land or laybys. The motorhomes are not permitted at festivals.
